Digital Commerce platform by PaynoPain is to accept cryptocurrencies as a method of payment for the purchase of objects purchased online. This will be conducted through a gateway that already serves companies in around a dozen different countries. Customers will be able to purchase products through the use of QR codes.

It will be way more efficient than credit cards considering you will not need to open an account for it and reportedly the platform is to accept payment in more than half a dozen cryptocurrencies. The seller will receive payment in the crypto of the buyer’s desire but can then choose whether to keep the currency as it is or to exchange it for euros or other fiats.

The platform will utilize the infrastructure of Ethereum, and the service will reportedly be launched in March this year.

On the other hand, Cineplex Cine Multi in Brazil has established itself as the country’s very first movie theater that accepts cryptocurrencies for payment. The theatre has collaborated with crypto payment app Bancryp to facilitate for crypto transactions.

The owner of Cine Multi, Fernando Costa, stated,

“For Cine Multi, which already follows the path of culture, pioneering an innovative market is a huge step forward. Now all the customers besides being in a pleasant environment will also be pioneers to pay a cinema with Bitcoins.”

This collaboration ensures that Bitcoin and other cryptos are placed in the heart of the city as the theatre is located in Multi Open Shopping center. The shopping center is a major destination for families and moviegoers.
