Crypto payment gateway GoCrypto expands to 1000 locations worldwide

In this post:

In a recent announcement made by the crypto payment gateway GoCrypto CEO Dejan Roljic, the platform has managed to spread its wings to over one thousand new locations across the globe and is fast emerging as one of the most popular crypto payment service providers.

GoCrypto is on an expansion spree. Ever since it commenced its operations in January last year, the firm has been making rapid strides in extending its services to as many countries as possible. Last year, it enabled a Burger King outlet in Slovenia with a crypto payment option and allowed customers to pay in Bitcoin Cash for its delicious products.

In 2018, the firm also helped Slovenia’s thriving shopping center turn into a cryptocurrency payment hub by getting over five hundred retail stores to get on board with the idea of crypto payment for their products and services. The blooming business district spread over a massive four hundred and seventy-five thousand meters squared land has already been renamed as the Bitcoin city.

Crypto payment service provider GoCrypto unveils massive expansion plans

On Friday, the firm’s CEO revealed that the firm has been pulling out all stops in achieving its expansion milestones. GoCrypto now has services in five countries and is eyeing a large-scale expansion in South America. Its Latin American extension will present thirteen new markets to the emerging crypto platform where the team hopes to gain maximum exposure.

According to the announcement, GoCrypto entered Croatia last year in May and began its European expansion from there. Soon after, it reached Switzerland, Bulgaria, and Hungary. It also offered its services to customers from the UK, Portugal, and central European countries like Romania, Slovakia, and the Czech Republic.

Roljic further goes on to highlight that the firm has collaborated with crypto payment processor Xpay.cash with an aim to grow its influence in Columbia and Venezuela significantly. He also confirmed that the firm had obtained legal consent for expansion in the region that will help in conquering the South American markets with a strategic approach.

Our sales team will soon reach out to these thirteen new fledgling markets and get at least twenty to fifty different merchants to accept GoCrypto payments and procure as many payment service providers as possible, Roljic affirmed.

Meanwhile, GoCrypto is also in the middle of developing a unique merchant dashboard that lets merchants become an active part of a cryptocurrency exchange, trade cryptocurrencies, and accept them as the mode of payment, all using our physically-enabled Point-of-Sales (POS) terminals. Although Roljic admitted to the various challenges in bringing this project up and running, he is confident that once launched, it will boost mass crypto adoption across the globe.
