WAX Network Partnered with Amazon to Boost Web3 Adoption

In this post:

  • WAX partners with AWS, joining Amazon Managed Blockchain (AMB).
  • This simplifies Web3 app development, offering instant access to decentralized networks.
  • Developers set up WAX nodes easily on AWS console, streamlining Web3 functionality.

WAX recently collaborated with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and created a storm in Web3. We already know that AWS is a top player in cloud computing. With this partnership, the WAX network will officially be a part of the Amazon Managed Blockchain (AMB) service.

But what’s AMB and how is it relevant? Well, AMB is a service that allows developers to easily develop high-end decentralized apps across both public and private blockchains. It offers instant, serverless access to a variety of decentralized networks. All of this can be done without the unnecessary headache of setting up complex infrastructures.

Here’s what Lukas Sliwka, the CTO at WAX network said about this partnership:

“The new partnership between WAX and Amazon Web Services is a major next step on our journey to the mass adoption of web3, enabling both blockchain-native and traditional web2 developers alike to start building their applications on the WAX blockchain or implement decentralized features into their existing projects with ease.”

Enhancing Web3 Development

Before this, developers often felt stuck when they had to implement Web3 functionalities. They either had to use existing node providers or set up their own nodes. The latter isn’t an easy task, while the first one can be costly and full of hassles. Also, using existing nodes means that they’d be sharing infrastructure control, which isn’t desirable for most developers.

With WAX network entering the picture, developers are in for a treat. Now all the developers have to do is do a few clicks to set up their notes. All of it is done from the AWS console. Hence, the process has become easier than ever.

So, after a quick setup, developers can dive right into using their WAX nodes. They’re free to tinker, build on the WAX blockchain, and play around with both the mainnet and testnet.

Where is the WAX Network headed next?

To reduce troubles in the onboarding journey, WAX network is not just stopping at node deployment. They’re also releasing a complete toolkit for web3 development. This includes everything from the Cloud Wallet for secure transactions to single-sign-on (SSO) and OAUTH for easy access.
